Need proof our turnkey EVCI solutions deliver? See how we partnered with the award-winning Strawberry Fields Farm Shop in Devon to build a future-proof, sustainable EV charging hub.

The farm shop needed to establish a high-performance rapid EV charging site powered entirely by their on-site 100% renewable energy sources. They required a partner capable of delivering a complete system – from planning to long-term reliability.

We acted as the full EVCI partner, providing the expertise for a successful rollout:

  • Design and Installation: We successfully integrated their green power and supplied two Kempower Satellite rapid charging systems.
  • High Capacity: The solution distributes 900kW across 12 dispensers, ensuring high-speed service for multiple users.
  • Guaranteed Support: We backed the installation with a full service contract, ensuring continuous support from our 24/7 Service Operations Centre and nationwide service engineers.

The outcome is a highly reliable, sustainable charging experience that secures customer satisfaction and meets the highest standards for EVCI uptime.

Safe, sustainable neighbourhood charging

The first EV charging and mobility hub has been successfully delivered in Portishead, Somerset providing rapid charging for electric vehicle drivers.  The hub provides much needed accessible, efficient and reliable rapid charging facilities. 

In partnership with North Somerset County Council, Yunex Traffic has installed and commissioned two rapid charging units for a new electric vehicle (EV) charging hub.

With two 50kW rapid DC charging units serving four parking bays the hub forms part of ‘Revive’, the dedicated charging network, for which Yunex Traffic has installed more than 70 EV chargers for charge points across the South West region. 

The rapid chargers are fast and accessible, typically enabling EV drivers to charge their vehicles in just 30-60 minutes. 

The new rapid charging hub near Portishead Marina, along with the growing Revive network, is a positive move towards our vision of a greener transport system which is kinder to the environment.  The project also serves as a demonstration hub, showing us the ‘art of the possible’.  We hope it will get the young minds of today questioning where their energy is coming from.

Pioneering Rapid EV Charging in London: The Woolwich K:Port Hub

In partnership with ESB and Transport for London (TfL), we successfully installed and commissioned the Woolwich K:Port, the first of a series of purpose-built standalone EV charging hubs in London. This hub features eight QC45 50kW rapid DC charging units, each equipped with universal contactless payment terminals for maximum convenience. Built on brownfield land next to the Woolwich Ferry, the hub addresses a major barrier to EV ownership by offering fast charging times (typically 20-30 minutes), reliable availability, and minimum wait times. The design mirrors modern fuel stations, providing a familiar yet sustainable feel, and utilises solar panels for zero-energy lighting.
