3. Application Review

Every application is carefully reviewed by our hiring team.

4. If you’re unsuccessful

If your application isn’t progressed to the next stage, you’ll receive an email notification.

5. Interview Invitation

If your application is shortlisted, we’ll be in touch to invite you to interview.

Interview formats may include:

• A virtual interview via Microsoft Teams
• An in-person interview at one of our UK locations
• An assessment centre (for selected roles)

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete:

• A presentation
• A practical or technical assessment

All interviews include skills-based and competency-based questions and are hosted by a minimum of two members of the hiring team. If you require accessibility support or reasonable adjustments, please let us know.

6. Follow-up interviews (if required)

Some roles may include a second interview stage, which could be virtual or in person and may involve additional assessments or a presentation.

7. Outcome and offer

Following your interview, we’ll contact you with feedback – either by email or phone.
