Our services

Whatever your EV Charging Infrastructure project needs:

We have got you covered.

With our comprehensive service capabilities, we work with you from concept through realisation and delivery to the optimal operation of your EVCI network.

Holistic service solutions

We provide a UK nationwide service capability to support all of your charging needs.  Whether it is design and consultancy, charger installation, commissioning, repair or maintenance, we can help you.

Our Design & Consultancy experts can help you plan your Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure installations, including site surveying, electrical and layout design and advice and guidance on selecting charging hardware to meet vehicle demand.  We can take a very high-level brief and convert this into a detailed plan of requirements.

Our expert Project Managers offer a seamless project delivery, with a single point of contact for you.  Our experience and expertise together with the application of proven methods, tools, techniques, and competencies sets us apart from other service providers.

We can help you design and optimise your available energy sources to deliver effective charging outcomes.  Whether a simple upgrade to site power (in liaison with the network operator) or the addition of other power supply options including battery storage, renewables (such as solar) and hydrogen fuel cell technology.

We have existing relationships with a number of EVCI hardware suppliers, and can source your optimal charger infrastructure.  Using our existing suppliers, we have the product expertise and the confidence in charger performance – and often preferential pricing agreements.  We can also offer additional features such as bay detection (for overstaying enforcement) or contactless payment solutions.

Yunex Traffic has developed a PCI (Payment Card Industry) certified contactless payment solution, both available as an integrated (model dependent) or cloud-based solution.  This allows all users, including those without a CPO account to utilise the charger.  Contactless payment also offers an option for private networks to maximise revenue outside of their core usage hours.

We have extensive experience in handling civils works.  Our team is skilled in sub-contractor management and can provide a comprehensive range of civil engineering solutions tailored to on-street installation projects.  Yunex Traffic can transport the chargers directly to site from the manufacturer or from one of our depots.  Keeping the chargers away from the site until this point helps ensure that they are not at risk of damage during the construction process.

We have a wealth of experience in installation and commissioning of roadside technology products and solutions, including both DC and AC charger points.  Configuration and robust functional testing is conducted during commissioning to ensure full functionality is operational with the chosen back office management platform

Every charger is sold with a warranty from the original equipment manufacturer.  This is often a respond and fix type contract for a fixed term of 1 to 5 years depending upon the Original Equipment Manufacturer, but Yunex Traffic can extend this warranty period to provide the highest levels of availability of your chargers.

We excel in maintaining and optimising the availability of charging infrastructure for OEMs, CPOs and fleets in the EVCI industry.  Our strengths include a widespread nationwide service network, live fault response tracking, streamlined parts and time booking, performance data analysis and seamless integration with your systems.

Our in-house Service Operation Centre provides you with a single 24/7 point of contact for creating and updating tickets that have been raised with us.  The SOC can liaise with hardware manufacturers, pursue warranty issues and escalate resolutions when required.

To assist with timely and effective remote diagnostics, the UK Service Operation Centre is staffed with operatives who are trained to complete initial fault investigation.

Remote diagnostics and where possible, remote attendance means faster resolution of issues and diagnostics to ensure fix first time rates are maximised.  Our enhanced Charge Point monitoring and predictive maintenance approaches maximise uptime.

Yunex Traffic offers a fully integrated spare parts management approach ensuring that we always have the right components available, with replaced parts tracked through the repair and replenishment cycle.  Our international, fully integrated spare parts management capability is a key element of our service offering providing significant benefits over manufacturers’ single country site setups.

Yunex Traffic has a world-class PCB manufacturing, design and repair facility in Poole.  We can assist in advising upgrade and repair works to failed or obsolete components to reduce repair times by providing a local European solution.

Our CPMS offers businesses (such as fleet or workplace) a capable and comprehensive management platform to manage their charging infrastructure. Monitor charger usage, driver accounts, energy management and raise faults on your service partner to ensure fast response and maximum uptime.  The platform can be managed by you or monitored by Yunex Traffic.

We offer a range of training sessions to fit your requirements including basic EVCI maintenance, EVI risk assessments, safe isolation, error code identification and basic fault resolution processes.
